Chapter 16: Sections 1-9.
Chapter 17: Sections 1-9.
Chapter 18: Sections 1-4 and 6-9.
Chapter 19: Sections 1-6 and 9-10.
Chapter 20: Sections 1-8, 10, and 13-14.
Chapter 21: Sections 1-5, 7, and 9-10.
Chapter 22: Sections 1, 3, and 5.
Chapter 23: Sections 1-10.
Chapter 24: Sections 1-8 and 10-11.
Chapter 25: Sections 1-6.
Chapter 26: Sections 1, 3-10.
Chapter 27: Sections 1-3, 5-6, and 8-9.
Chapter 28: Sections 1-2, 4-5, and 10-11.
Chapter 30: Sections 1, 3-6.
