The conference Centre is at the Hotel Smeraldo and accommodation is at the
nearby Hotel Village Palmasera (see
maps). Participants are expected to arrive at Cala Gonone on Sunday 11th
September for registration at the Conference Centre from 6 pm. There
will be a reception there at 7 pm. The meeting will start on
Monday
12th September and will end in the afternoon of Friday 16th September.
We have negotiated a very good all-inclusive price for full board at the
Hotel Village Palmasera for
the period Sunday 11th - Saturday 17th September 2005 (6 nights).
This includes full board (breakfast lunch and dinner, including wine/mineral
water) and a Club card (tessera club) which allows use of all the
facilities of the hotel (sport, entertainment, baby sitting etc).
