NGC 869 & 884: The Double Cluster in Perseus

Telescope: Meade 12 in with f/5.7 focal reducer (f=68in); a mosaic of two sets; total field = 30' x 35'.

Camera: SBIG ST-10 CCD

Exposures: 5x 30 sec red, 5x 30 sec green, 5x 36 sec blue in each panel (16 min total).


The Double Cluster is a pair of open star clusters in the constellation of Perseus.
