SCIENTIFIC INITIATION GRANT

The Multidisciplinary Centre for Astrophysics (CENTRA) invites applications for one Scientific Initiation Grant (BIC) in the area of Theoretical Physics, more specifically in the subarea related to higher dimensional and gravitational physics. A tentative date for the appointment is September 1, 2008 (with possible variations to be agreed upon with the successful applicant). The income salary is about 400 Euros a month. The appointment is for one year. The Multidisciplinary Centre for Astrophysics (CENTRA) is a research centre situated in IST and is composed of 7 Faculty members of the Physics Department and about four pos-docs.
